Woman calls 911 to complain that cop turned down her request for sex

Police say she was “very drunk”

58-year-old Maria Montenez-Colon had originally called 911 to report that she had decided she wanted her Corvette back after signing it over to her step-son.

According to the incident report, when the officer arrived on the scene, Montenez-Colon told him he was “sexy” and asked if he was married.

She then went one step further, telling the officer “I am so horny” and repeatedly tried to grab his arm and rub his chest.

Less than an hour later she called 911 again to complain that the officer had “pissed her off.”

The officer told her there was nothing he could do about getting the car back and gave her a lecture about misusing 911, and left.

Shortly afterwards the original officer arrived back at her Punta Gorda, FL home, but this time with another officer.

When asked if she remembered the conversation about misuse of 911, Montenez-Colon allegedly said, "I do, but how else am I going to get you to [expletive] me?"

She was arrested for misuse of 911 and booked into the Charlotte County Jail.
