Tulsa, Okla. — A woman is arrested and accused of using stolen credit cards.
Suspect Lashea Brown was arrested Monday.
Police say Brown stole purses and wallets from people at local hospitals and businesses after telling them that she needed medical help, or was having car trouble.
Brown was charged Wednesday with 13 different counts of theft.
