VIDEO: Fake chef shows up for morning shows, hilarity ensues

It's clever, sometimes not all that subtle, but the poor morning show hosts never catch on

If fake news is your bag, then you need to know about Chef Keith, the guy who fooled not one, nor even two, but five different television stations into booking him for their morning shows during the recent holiday season.

His video is going viral now, hosted by a site called foundfootagefest.com.

He tells people he's written a book called "Leftover Rights," and has wonderful recipes for holiday leftovers.

He also makes an "ice cream cone" using a cone, mashed potatoes, and corn sprinkled on top.

His "recipes" consist of things like smoothies make of chopped up ham, green beans and corn, mixed with gravy in the blender.

Chef Keith sprinkles in subtle references that an astute news person might be able to pick up -- but none do, and none seem to suspect it's all a hoax -- even when he completely trashes the set.
