Mayes County — Firefighters made a gruesome discovery late Tuesday night near Locust Grove.
Mayes County Sheriff's Office has confirmed a body was found inside a mobile home engulfed in flames.
'It's a sad day when somebody loses their life," sheriff's office said.
Deputies are investigating whether the death was suspicious.
KRMG's told the victim inside the home could not be identified due to their burns. The medical examiner is working to identify the person.
