Update: Two suspects in custody for home invasion, shooting

Suspects flee in white Nissan

Original: While you were sleeping, a man was shot during a home invasion in Tulsa.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment to a gunshot wound to the groin.

Anybody with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.

We're told that the shooting happened about 11 p.m. Thursday at a house located near 1600 North Boston Avenue.

Tulsa Police Corporal Dan Miller tells us, "Some unknown people, a male and a female, came into his house, demanded money. He refused and they shot him."

We're told that the suspects are a black male who has a goatee and a black female.

They left the scene in a white Nissan.

Miller says that neighbors told police that the car "had been over there several times during the day."

We're told that police were getting conflicting stories of who exactly was involved in the shooting.

Miller says that there is the possibility that the victim knows the suspects, but that he just did not want to tell police.
