Update

Tulsa Fire Department confirms one body has been recovered from the river.

Three people are missing after they went noodling on the Arkansas River.

We're told that the group of people went to the east side of the river to go noolding after attending class at a welding school.

A call to emergency crews went out at 5:13 a.m. Thursday indicating that the individuals were missing after they had entered the water near the low water dam at 31st street.

A command post has been set up and crews are searching the river from 31st down to 71st.
