An undercover vice officer gets his chest and stomach rubbed while at the Midtown Adult Theater on Thursday.
Tulsa police say this happened at the 3rd and Elgin location just after Midnight.
Abraham Hernandez is accused of not saying anything. Instead, police say he just began touching the officer without permission. He's even tried to undo the officer's belt.
He was taken to the Tulsa County Jail where he was booked.
The officer then showed Hernandez a badge and the suspect was arrested for sexual battery.
There is no mugshot, as Hernandez is a hold for ICE.
