Two teens accused of using same gun to shoot one victim

A Muskogee teenager is recovering after being shot Tuesday morning by two other teens.

Police say the shooting is said to have happened just before 11 a.m. after a confrontation.

Officers have taken Richard Johnson Jr. and Tevin Adams, both 19, into custody for the shooting of 19-year-old Dominique Wright.

Police say both suspects were in a vehicle when the driver first shot and hit Wright.  It's believed the victim then ran around the car and the passenger took the drivers gun and shot Wright a second time.

Wright's injuries are not expected to be life threatening.

Both teens are currently in the Muskogee County Jail.

This isn't the only case Johnson is facing.  Court records show he faces a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute for a separate incident.
