Tulsa D.A. says no death penalty for Best Buy murder suspects

The men behind the deadly Best Buy shootings won't face the death penalty.

That's the decision from Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris.

Jeremy Foster and Willie Wise are charged with killing Scott Norman, their intended target, as well as Wes Brown, an innocent bystander.

Wes was shopping with his 10-year-old daughter just inside the store when he was struck by gunfire from outside.

Both victims in the July 2012 murders were standing near the entrance of the midtown Tulsa Best Buy.

Norman was outside the store.
