Tulsa man ejected during morning fatality crash

We've learned a Tulsa man was killed Saturday morning in Mayes County, after being ejected from his car.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol say Joshua Laughlin's Mitsubishi Lancer went into a broad slide, and struck a truck.

The incident happened on U.S. Highway 413, east of Chouteau.

The driver of the truck wasn't injured in the crash.

Troopers say he wasn't wearing his seat belt, which caused him to be ejected.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No word on what caused Laughlin's car to slide.
