Three people accused of making meth around a baby

Officers and DHS workers are told to check out a home near South 49th and Charles Page Boulevard on Thursday.

It was a good thing they did.

Tulsa police say an 8-month-old child was living in the home, where three adults were making meth.

Officers searched the home and found meth making materials and say a chemical odor could be detected throughout the house.

Police say Marza Floyd, Lowry Irby, and Ellis McDougall were arrested.  They face counts of child neglect and endeavoring to manufacture meth.

No word if the 8-month-old was taken into protective custody or given to a relative.
