U.S. Marshals arrest a man suspected in the death of an Owasso baby in June.
Documents tell us 10-month old Emmy O'Rourke had a brain injury and bruises on her face after her mother left her with Brandon Wade Nordstedt.
He was arrested Thursday night in Hutchinson, Kansas.
