An undercover officer arrests a man for exposing himself.
Tulsa police say Robert Martin was standing right next to the officer when it happened.
The incident happened Wednesday evening at the Midtown Theater. This is located near 3rd and Detroit.
Martin is accused of unzipping his pants while inside the theater. Officers say he then started to play with himself in a sexual way.
The undercover officer quickly identified himself and took Martin into custody.
He faces one count of indecent exposure. Martin is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
This isn't the first time Martin has been arrested for for a sex-related crime. Police say Martin has a record for soliciting.
