Suspect charged in fatal shooting near Pine and Sheridan

Police say it started with dispute over stolen marijuana plants

Tulsa Police are searching for a man who’s been identified as a suspect in a double-shooting Tuesday near Pine and Sheridan that left one man dead and a second man critically injured.

A warrant has been issued for 26-year-old Michael D. Marshall for first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.

He’s still at large.

“There was video in the neighborhood, there was obviously plenty of witnesses, and y’know, we have one surviving victim, and he’s been very helpful as well,” Watkins said.

Tulsa Police Sgt. Brandon Watkins explains why he’s being accused.

A police K-9 unit also found the gun they believe was used in the crime.

The man who was killed has been identified as Tully Clark.

Police say the shooting was prompted by a fight over stolen marijuana plants.
