Suspect accused of forcing women to fight at gunpoint

A man is accused of forcing two women to fight at gunpoint early Tuesday morning.

Tulsa police say Victor Gutierrez pulled a gun in a house full of people near 1st and Tacoma.  He then told two women to fight.

One of the women told officers the suspect hit her with his gun before the fight started.

Police say once the fight was over, everybody in the house left on foot.

It's unclear if one of the women also had a knife.  Also, there is no word on the condition of the women.

A short time later, officers arrived and took Gutierrez into custody.

Police say everybody inside the home gave the same story except for the suspect.  Gutierrez refused to give a statement.

The suspect remains in the Tulsa County Jail.
