A man is accused of flashing a mother and daughter outside of a Reasors.
The incident is said to have happened near 177th and Kenosha.
Broken Arrow police say the victim told officers Sean Black flashed them as they drove past.
Police say the victims informed managers at the store about what happened and then started to shop. A few moments later, the mother saw Black following them.
They then parked at the store and saw him once again as they entered into Reasors.
The victim once again told the store managers and called 911.
Black was taken into custody on one count of indecent exposure.
