Storm chances late Tuesday, more possible during Friday and Saturday time frame

Tulsa, Okla. — A cold front is headed our way today. We “should see strong to severe thunderstorms develop along that front and move into the I-44 corridor late this evening,” says Robert Darby at the National Weather Service office in Tulsa. We’re told there could be damaging wind and hail, along with heavy rain that could bring a flooding threat to some areas. A stronger storm system will move through the area on Friday and Saturday, bringing the chance for three to four inches of rain.
