South Tulsa fire injures two women and firefighters

All victims will be OK

The fire started just before 8 a.m. at the Granite Hill Condominiums near 71st and Sheridan.

When KRMG arrived, fire and smoke was pouring out of several of the units.

Two women and two firefighters were hurt in the blaze but none of the injuries are thought to be life threatening.

Firefighters told KRMG news the women were treated for minor burns and smoke inhalation while the firemen suffered steam burns.

The women who live in the unit where the fire started said they had a candle burning near a couch but an official cause has not yet been announced.
