KRMG lost water pressure to the entire five-story building Tuesday afternoon.
Crews had just been called out to the area near 71st and Yale when we called the city around 2:00.
A 10-inch water line busted behind the shopping center on the southeast corner.
Crews on the scene say businesses as far away as 61st lost water pressure.
Sutures and QuikTrip tell KRMG they didn’t know about the break and hadn’t noticed a difference in their water.
St. Francis Hospital was one of them.
Some businesses started to regain water pressure shortly after crews arrived at the break.
However, the city says it could be up to 16 hours before all pressure is restored.
