Single mother of four wins $14 million lotto by accident

Woman kept 6th ticket on a whim

The woman always bought four Powerball tickets and one Super Lotto. She realized last week that she accidently put $6.00 in the self service machine instead of the normal $5.00. She could have returned the dollar and gone anout her day but instead she decided to take the extra ticket.

That was a VERY good decision.

When Thuan Le checked the numbers it was that sixth slip that was worth $14 million.

When Le called one of her sons to tell him the news, he didn’t believe her.

Le told NBC Los Angeles she'll buy a house, do some traveling and visit her parents in Vietnam with the cash.

"We thought she was joking, he told Lotto officials.

The lucky numbers were 5, 33, 25, 46, 32, and the Mega number 26.

The CVS Pharmacy in Mission Viejo, California won’t go away empty handed. The store gets a $70,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
