Showdown next week between Hobby Lobby and Obamacare

U.S. Supreme Court will hear company's fight against birth-control mandate

Next week, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear Hobby Lobby's case challenging the birth-control mandate in the Affordable Care Act.

The Oklahoma-based retail chain has been fighting against the requirement in Obamacare for many months now, saying it violates the company's religious beliefs to provide IUD's and the "morning-after" pill to its workers.

Legal experts say the high court has to ponder two main issues:  Do corporations, as opposed to people, even HAVE religious rights?  And is contraception tantamount to abortion?

There are many such lawsuits from different companies pending, but Hobby Lobby with 556 stores nationwide is the largest company involved in such a lawsuit.
