Shots-fired victim shoots back at motorist

Tulsa, Okla. — Numerous gunshots are fired into a vehicle and a house near McLain High School.

The man who lives in the house near 800 East 52 Street North came out shooting after someone in a car opened fire on his property at 11:45 p.m. Thursday.

“The victim did however at the time of the shooting he was a concealed-carry holder. He did return one shot towards the vehicle as it drove way,” TPD Corporal David Weakley said.

There were “no injuries and we do not have anybody in custody or any other suspect information as of right now.”

The victim told police that he had no idea who did the shooting.
