Tulsa, Okla. — Two apartment residents have bullet holes after gunfire from a vehicle in the parking lot.
Witnesses said the shots came from a white Dodge Charger after 1 a.m. Monday at the Windsong Apartments near 31st and Mingo.
The suspect was described as a bald white male with tattoos.
No one was hurt.
