Stafeno Wartson was arrested by Sex Crimes Detectives and the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force on Monday.
Wartson was arrested for sexual battery and failure to register as a sex offender.
On Saturday, a female patient at 12 & 12 near 41st and Sheridan told a worker that Wartson came into her room and touched her inappropriately. The victim said she told him to stop, but he continued anyway. Wartson, who worked as a medical technician at the drug rehab center was sent home after the allegations were made.
During the investigation police found out Wartson was also a sex offender who had never registered.
