Robber to be sentenced, homesick for prison

Man spent nearly all of adult life behind bars

A bank robber wants to return to prison.

A 74-year-old man faces sentencing Thursday for robbing a bank last year, and he's hoping he'll get prison time.

Walter Unbehaun says he robbed the Chicago-area bank because he was homesick for prison.

Authorities say Unbehaun showed the bank teller a revolver in his waistband and told her, "I don't want to hurt you."

He's spent nearly all of his adult life behind bars.

After leaving with more than $4,000 in loot, he drove to a nearby hotel, where he waited for police to arrive.
