70% of Americans justs don't care

The research comes from the State of the American Workplace Employee Engagement Insights for U.S. Business Leaders.

Highlights of the findings show 20% of those polled are “actively disengaged” while 50% are not engaged.

Easy math showing 70% of Americans really don’t care at all about their jobs.

Even more concerning is how much those managers are costing American business.

The report points to “managers from hell” as the biggest reason people are unhappy and apathetic.

Gallup research estimates $450 billion to $550 billion is lost yearly due to inefficiency caused by poor guidance and other employee issues.
