The corporate world has reached into the ranks of the evil.

al-Qaeda operative Moktar Belmoktar was the target of a memo that dressed him down for several terrorist shortcomings.

Among them were.

Extorting a too small amount of money after a kidnapping in 2008.

Not filling out an expense report.

Skipping meetings.

Taking part in gossip in online forums for jihadists.

And not having a “spectacular Operation” even though he had plenty of money to do so.

Really, we’re not kidding.

The AP reports al-Qaeda leaders asked "why do the successive emirs of the region only have difficulties with you? You in particular every time?"

The letter may have been too late as some in the region believe Belmoktar has broken off from al-Qaeda and started his own organization
