POLICE: Suspected serial flasher getting more aggressive

The Tulsa Police Department Sex Crimes Unit is investigating three recent incidents of sexual battery in the area of 71st and Memorial Dr.

They now believe the same man may be responsible for flashing and groping in Bixby and Broken Arrow.

A Tulsa cop says, "The Tulsa Police Department, the Bixby Police Department and the Broken Arrow Police Department have conferred about sexual assaults that occurred in all three jurisdictions and believe it is likely they are connected.  All three agencies are working together on these cases.”

Police then learned about a case involving an employee at a business in Bixby near 101st and Memorial on January 23rd.

Monday morning, TPD released information on three separate cases near 71st and Memorial.

On January 26th, the suspect entered a business at 1700 N. 9 St. in Broken Arrow and committed and assaulted an employee.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 35-years-old, around 6 feet tall.

Witnesses say he is stocky and brown hair.

The suspect was seen wearing orange sweat pants and either an orange or black baseball style cap.

Detectives say he wears glasses and has acne scars on his face.

He was seen getting into a light colored 4-door car with chipped paint.

One of the victims was able to provide enough of a description to develop a composite sketch of the suspect.

Police say this is not the same suspect who was arrested last week.

That suspect is still in custody.

Anyone that recognizes this sketch or has any additional information please call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
