Police find cocaine, meth, marijuana, guns near school

A house full of drugs and loaded guns was found on Thursday near a school in Verdigris.

Officers at the scene tell us they recovered cocaine, meth, marijuana and Xanax in the home of James Kent Patrick Hill. A neighbor states she's glad Hill is in jail.

“I’m glad they have taken care of the situation,” the neighbor said.  “I’m not surprised about the cocaine.  I didn’t know anything about the firearms.”

Hill has been booked into jail on multiple counts.

On the way to jail, Hill allegedly tried to get a deputy's gun. He was Tased for his troubles.
