A pair of Jersey Mike's Subs are opening up shop this Wednesday.
Jersey Mike's first opened in 1956 in, you guessed it, New Jersey. The chain now has more than 600 locations nationwide.
Every sub is made fresh to order and the restaurant only uses private labeled meats and cheeses that are sliced fresh for each sandwich and piled high on in-store baked bread.
Owners tell KRMG that fresh veggies and top quality meat are just part of the experience.
One Jersey Mike's is at 71st and Memorial. The other is at 109th and Memorial. Both locations open at 10 A.M. this Wednesday.
