People now worry less about dangerous driving habits

But fatal accident rate has gone up

It's not clear why, but people are not as worried about dangerous driving behaviors as they USED to be.

A study by AAA found out that only 69-percent of people now consider drunk driving a serious threat, down from 90-percent just 3 years ago.

There's been a similar drop with attitudes about texting and driving.

Now it's down to 81-percent.

87-percent of people used to think that was bad.

People probably SHOULD still be concerned though.

The same study by AAA shows that fatal traffic accidents have gone up 6-percent during the past three years.
