We've learned a pedestrian was hit by a car late Friday night near 81st and Riverside.
Police say the hit and run happened around 10:20 p.m.
The man was walking near the River Spirit Casino, when he was hit by a silver or light gray sedan. Police say the driver didn't stick around the scene.
The victim was transported to St. Johns in unknown condition.
Officers don't have a good description of the driver.
