TULSA, Okla. — COVID-19 vaccinations in Oklahoma will be opened up to the rest of the public beginning Monday, the Oklahoma State Department of Health announced Tuesday.
All Oklahomans ages 16 and older will be eligible for the vaccine starting March 29, signaling the start of Phase 4 of the state’s vaccination plan.

The Moderna vaccine is for 18 and older while Pfizer is approved for 16 and 17-year-old Oklahomans as well.
Oklahoma State Deputy Commissioner of Health Keith Reed said Tuesday that 1.7 million Oklahomans had received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Phase 4 of the vaccine plan includes about half a million people, according to Reed.
