An Oklahoma man will be heading back to the place he lived for three months to face a rape charge.
KOMO-TV say Christopher Brown was found by King County deputies on Tuesday. He's now expected to be extradited back to the Seattle area.
Deputies say Brown is accused of beating and raping a 58-year-old woman in March. The victim suffered injuries to her face and jaw.
Brown was charged with rape and assault the same month, but had already made his way back to Oklahoma.
