Oklahoma invention designed to help first responders get to emergencies faster

The Locator launched on Friday, September 18th. It’s an LED smart bulb you can put in your front porch.

When you dial 911, using the free locator app, the bulb begins to strobe and flash, changing colors from red, to blue, to white.

The goal is to help first responders be able to better locate which house and where the emergency is.

The founder of the Locator is Johnathan Harrison. He was a paramedic for 22 years.

They say during some emergencies, minutes, even seconds matter.
