Oklahoma AG John O’Connor discusses vaccine mandates, unruly school board meetings & Julius Jones

Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor spoke with KRMG Evening News Host Skyler Cooper Monday.

AG O’Connor gave an update on where the state stands on federal vaccine mandates and lawsuits his office has filed against the Biden Administration.

Then, O’Connor and Cooper discuss school board meetings and an apology made by the National School Boards Association after a letter was sent to the White House allegedly asking for parents who get unruly at meetings to be investigated.

AG O’Connor told KRMG he disagreed with Governor Kevin Stitt’s decision to commute Jones’s death sentence, but said he respects the governor’s authority to make the call.

Finally, the two discuss the Julius Jones case.
