Officers use popular website to bust two prostitutes

Officers use Backpage.com to bust two women on Saturday for maintaining a house of prostitution.

Tulsa police say Misty Nelson and Summer Scott were both taken into custody around 7:10 at Nelson's home.

An officer called the women after seeing their ad on the website.  Police say they were offering a two-girl special for $100.

The officer arrived to the home and was offered a sexual act after being taken to a bedroom.  Police say the officer handed over the money and then took both girls into custody.

They admitted to posting ads on the website on a regular basis using Scott's phone number.  Police say the girls also admitted they usually get a hotel room for their customers.

Both suspects face counts of maintaining a house of prostitution, soliciting an act of prostitution, and the use of a computer to violate state late.

Police say they have made numerous prostitution arrests off Backpage.com.
