Nude sunbather pleads not guilty to lewdness

Neighbors mad children could see him getting an all over tan

Myron Kipp’s backyard has a chain-link fence around it.

That works just fine for keeping dogs in or out and protecting his property.

What it doesn’t do, is keep people from seeing him sunbathe in his birthday suit.

Cops in Farmington, Utah say they could clearly see Kipp and his man parts when they pulled into a church parking lot near his home. So could others in the area, including some children.

Kipp’s neighbors were upset, so they called police when the 76-year-old decided to bare it all.

The Standard-Examiner says a report filed by police noted, "the fence offers no privacy from the church or the neighbors."

When the officers asked Kipp to put on clothes he refused, saying, “ it was his property, and he could do it if he wanted.”

Maybe not. Myron was arrested and faces four counts of lewdness involving a child and three counts of lewdness.

His plea was a not surprising, “not guilty.”
