New details in deadly DUI crash that shut down Broken Arrow Expressway

Broken Arrow Police have identified the man killed in a rollover wreck on the Broken Arrow Expressway Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators tell KRMG that Samuel Bahe, Jr. was driving a green SUV westbound Highway 51 when he veered of the roadway onto the shoulder.  Bahe over corrected and lost control of the vehicle, colliding with a concrete barrier.

Samuel Bahe, Sr. was a passenger in the SUV. Investigators say he was partially ejected when the vehicle rolled. He died at the scene.

Bahe, Jr. was arrested on a manslaughter complaint as well as DUI and driving with a suspended license.
