Tulsa, Okla. — A narcotics suspect is arrested at the end of a short police chase.
Tulsa Police found the suspect Sebastian Cobelo sleeping in a car near 8th and South Sheridan Road around 11 p.m. Monday, but he drove away.
Cobelo crashed his car and ran away on foot.
We're told police recovered a gun and narcotics in the car.
A police canine made the arrest near 700 South Joplin Avenue.
