Claremore, Okla. — A Rogers County man is facing murder charges after a deadly crash near Chelsea Saturday.
State troopers say Derrick Carter was under the influence of alcohol or drugs when he and 64-year old Michael Tarvin crashed into each other on Highway 66.
Tarvin was riding a motorcycle and died.
The crash is under investigation.
Carter was taken to the hospital and is okay.
