Motorcyclist killed in Rogers County wreck

A 25-year-old Claremore man was killed

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a motorcyclist died after colliding with a van in Rogers County early Thursday.

OHP says it happened just before 7:00 a.m. at the junction of State Highway 266 and County Road EW 380 in Rogers County, near Foyil.

A Dodge mini-van was westbound on EW 380 when the motorcycle, northbound on SH 266, struck it.

The driver of the van was not injured.

OHP identifies the rider as Sean Hale, 25.

Early indications are that the van may have pulled out in front of the bike, but there's no word yet on any citations.
