Motorcyclist crashes into deer, transported in critical condition

A deer jumps in front of a motorcyclist Friday evening, sending one man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol say the accident happened on Garnett Road in Collinsville, near 126th Street North.

49-year-old Mark Robinson lost control of his Yamaha motorcycle after the deer hit him.  Troopers say he was then thrown from his bike.

A second motorcyclist crashed into the first bike, but 48-year-old Charlotte Crawford is expected to be just fine.

Robinson was transported in critical condition with head injuries.  Troopers say he wasn't wearing a helmet.
