A Pennsylvania woman was released from the hospital on Thursday, after delivering her own baby.
Heather Payo was headed to the hospital on Tuesday, when she knew the baby wasn't going to wait. So, she pulled over and had the baby.
"I was still dressed," Payo says. "I ripped off my pants."
Payo ended up having a baby girl, Jessica Rose, and then headed to the hospital.
