Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police are looking for a murder suspect.
17-year old Robert Nataski Cowan, aka Lul Robbie (shown), is accused of shooting 38-year old Walter Hogan to death in September during a fight at the Haney's Store at 911 East 36 Street North.
Cowan is 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
A woman also was shot, but has recovered.
His last known address is 8100 East 16 Street.
Two other individuals connected to the case, identified as Bryin Willis and Reunique Reed, are behind bars.
