Tulsa, Okla. — A man accused of several crimes is Tulsa's most wanted fugitive.
37-year old Shannon Scott is accused of enough crimes to keep him locked up, unless he can pay a $128,000 bond.
Scott is wanted on seven counts of assault and battery.
Scott’s assault list includes trying to strangle someone, kidnapping, and assaulting someone in the presence of a minor.
He is accused of having a firearm after a former felony conviction.
