Medical examiner: Walmart death victim had cardiac arrest after inhaling aerosol

Oklahoma City, Okla. — The medical examiner says a woman found dead in a Walmart restroom died of a cardiac arrhythmia due to Difluoroethane toxicity.

The episode was brought on by breathing an aerosol propellant.

29-year old Katherine Caraway's body was found in June inside the Sand Springs store located on Highway 97.

Documents tell us cans of air duster were found in her car that was parked outside the scene.

Caraway had died days earlier.
