Mechanic destroys customers $200,000 Lamborghini on joy drive

That will be an awkward conversation

The mechanic had been working on the car when he took it out for a road test.

That test turned into more of a performance outing and that’s where things went south.

Austrian mechanic Niklas Schwartz lost control when he hit the gas on wet roads near a curve.

Schwartz was unhurt but a friend who was along for the ride took a shot to the head. He declined to be taken to the hospital and was treated on site.

He spun the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, hit a wall and the exotic machine flipped over and landed on its roof.

He’s expected to be fine but the car won’t.

It took 14 emergency workers and two fire trucks over an hour to get the $200,000 car upright and on a truck to be hauled away.

Cops near Freistadt, Austria let the guys hitch a ride back to town in the tow truck.
