McNellie’s celebrates 10 years in downtown Tulsa

Special events planned all week

Owner Elliot Nelson started McNellie’s in 2004 and is credited with helping start the revitalization of the Blue Dome District.

All this week, special events will happen exclusively at the McNellie’s downtown Tulsa location.

Today is Customer Appreciation Day. Stop by for a meal and be a part of the celebrations of the first decade of McNellie’s.

On Thursday Marshall’s Brewing Company is presenting an exclusive beer to commemorate the anniversary. A keg tapping ceremony will take place on March 13 at 5 p.m. with Eric Marshall and Elliot Nelson.

The famous Burger Night continues tomorrow night at 5 p.m. until close with McNellie’s $3 burgers at the downtown location.

The Irish band Larkin will play at McNellie’s Friday night. Larkin, a 6-piece band from Tulsa, plays traditional Irish Folk music as well as their own originals is set to play upstairs Friday at 10 p.m.

The anniversary celebration will wrap up on St. Patrick's Day. The doors will open 10 a.m. on Monday, March 17 for the 11th annual street party.
