Hector Martinez gathered around 250 motorcycle friends and managed to stop traffic on a very busy section of Interstate 10 in West Covina near Los Angeles. The bikes gathered and blocked traffic for about two minutes allowing Hector time to pop the question. The guys even had one of the bikes belching pink smoke.
